Dr Sanjiv Mohan did his M.B.B.S. from Sawai Man Singh Medical College, Jaipur in 1993 and Masters in Surgery from JNMC, Belgaum in 1996. He then worked as a Senior Registrar at Mohan Eye Institute for two years before proceeding to Scotland, UK for advanced training in all aspects of Ophthalmology with a special interest in Phacoemulsification at Inverclyde Royal Hospital, Greenock Scotland. On returning to India in 2000, he joined Mohan Eye Institute and Sir Ganga Ram Hospital as a consultant Ophthalmologist till 2006. He has also been serving as an examiner for FRCS (Glasgow) since 2005 till date and has been awarded FRCS (Glasgow) Honorary Fellowship Award in 2010 by the Royal College of Surgeons and Physicians, Glasgow (Scotland). Dr. Sanjiv has also been a DNB board Inspector from – to – and has been a part of the DNB teaching programme since 2001 guiding a number of students in their thesis, who have also passed out from Mohan Eye Institute.

Dr. Sanjiv Mohan has conducted successful surgical camps in Ranikhet from 2001-2006 which include. He has also been organising several screening camps on behalf of the Rotary club of Delhi since 2015.
